Code of Conduct at The Property Empire is committed to conducting business in accordance with the highest standards of business ethics and complying with applicable laws, rules and regulations. A code of conduct, evolved in line with the industry practices is adopted by the company on the recommendations of Audit and Ethics Committee and all members of the directors and Senior Management i.e. ‘Key Executives’ have confirmed compliance with the code of conduct.
The code governs the business decisions made and actions taken by the Company’s directors and employees and is an expression of the company’s fundamental and core values, which include:
- Transparency, Integrity and Honesty in the company’s and its employees’ dealings with its clients, suppliers, competitors, shareholders and the community
- Respect for individuality, personal experience and background
- Support of the communities where the company and its employees work
These core values and the other standards of conduct in this code provide general guidance for resolving a variety of legal and ethical questions for its directors and employees. In addition to compliance with the Code and applicable laws, rules and regulations, all company employees and directors are expected to observe the highest standards of business and personal ethics in the discharge of their assigned duties and responsibilities.
